Life :: To Be Read List

While away in the Netherlands, while perusing their bookshelves, there were so many titles that they had on their best-sellers tables that I’d never heard of back in Canada.

Of course, my brother and I immediately made a list of all the books we wanted to read, and since I was placing an order for my brother, I figured I might as well check some books off of my own list. So now I have a bunch more to add to my to be read list, and I cannot wait to get dug in.

I first read about the Manage Your Day-To-Day series through Sophie’s blog, and I knew that I wanted to read them. Help me build a routine? Sign me up!

Who hasn’t heard of the Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up? The KonMari way was recently introduced to me, and I am so, so excited to incorporate it into my life. I think that this will go hand in hand with rebuilding an actual routine for me.

I absolutely love biographies, and these two are so exciting! Leave Your Mark is pretty much my ideal, and she writes with amazing style and personality. Can I please be best friends with you?

On Top is actually in Dutch, and it’s about the Netherlands top blogger. I am going to learn Dutch with this one! I couldn’t resist because it’s not actually available in English, anyways. Sorry I can’t find it on a US/Can site!

I literally will read anything in regards to people just picking up their lives and moving some where new – specifically Paris (or New York…). I have a love affair with Paris, and it makes me sad to know that I will never live there. So My Paris Dream was a no-brainer in my shopping cart.  And of course, Yes Please! I feel like Amy Poehler is such a role model, I can’t wait to learn more about her.

A good mix of informational and pleasurable reading. Look out for the reviews!
