Is it just me, or are these weeks just flying by?
November is here, and the Winter Fair has come and gone. On Saturday I spent a lovely day with my mom, and then spent a nice day cleaning and cooking. It’s been awhile, but I actually baked up a couple goodies, brownies and banana bread. Bananas were the perfect ripeness, and roasted just gives them a better, deeper flavour. Just because, and it also helped defrost them.
I’m signing off today with a slice of homemade banana bread and a cuppa. Hope Monday treated you well.
