The first of my sample testing is at it’s end!

And I must say that I really enjoyed using this product. I used it fairly consistently until the sample ran out, which was about 3 weeks. I don’t know if it made a huge difference to my skin complexion, but my skin did look healthy while using it, and it provided a decent amount of coverage. If you are looking for full coverage, this wouldn’t be the product for you. It’s more along the lines of a tinted moisturizer.

One of the best things about this product was the fact that it went on matte. It didn’t leave a greasy feel to my skin, and it stayed fairly matte throughout the day. My skin always feels a little oily so I do add a powder to set it in the morning, and if it wasn’t cracked I should bring it to work for throughout the day use. But, even if my skin feels oily to the touch, when I look in a mirror it doesn’t look greasy.

According to the package/website, this product is :

An anti-aging sunscreen, complexion corrector & tint in one that helps protect, brighten & moisturize. Camu Camu & Arbutin help improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, imperfections, fine lines & wrinkles.
CC Cream is an instant complexion corrector – it helps conceal the look of fine lines and wrinkles, making the skin look more even & brighter while blurring imperfections. SPF 30 sun protection helps protect the skin from photo-aging, and CC Cream has no chemical sunscreens, only physical.

They are using ingredients that I’m not really familiar with, such as Camu Camu. I don’t know if it actually did anything over the long term or if it will help with anti-aging as I only used it for 3 weeks, but this is something that I would repurchase again, even at the expensive price tag. Retail, it goes for $48 US, so roughly about $50 Cdn. Expensive, but then all products of this type usually are.

It was even better because this didn’t react with my skin at all, or with my other creams/sunscreen that I currently use.

I clearly need to work on my swatch photos…

Overall, a good product and one that I would recommend. Has anyone tried this brand/product before?
