YAY for movies that have strong women leads.
Brave is the newest “princess” movie out, and it’s amazing. Trailers are really terrible, as I had no idea that the movie was actually about her mother turning into a bear. [Collective “Ohhhh” here] Granted, I had this discussion with my brother and he said that’s a good thing. I agree, to an extent. It’s only good if it’s a good movie to watch. Otherwise I feel like I just wasted how ever many hours of my life. But I digress.
This is definitely a great movie to watch. And like all movies along this genre line, I bawled like a baby! Definitely some tear-jerker moments, and as always a great moral to the story. Plus some kickass bear to bear combat. Mmhmmm. Definitely a keeper in my books! It helps that her horse is pretty awesome. And such a beast. Who doesn’t want him as a side kick? Just saying…
