On September 26 at my barn, they hosted a Jacquie Brooks dressage clinic, which I audited. And it was amazing!

Jacquie Brooks is a 2 time Canadian Olympic dressage rider. She currently rides, trains, and coaches out of Newmarket, ON at her farm Brookhaven. It was such an honour to have audited her clinic, and learn all the knowledge.

The day started bright and early at 9.30, but I didn’t arrive until about 10.30. With a full line-up of riders of all skill level, it was going to be a great day. It was also nice to be able to see some of the people that I hadn’t seen in awhile. I spent the day taking a ridiculous amount of photos, and it was a great day. Such amazing calibre of riders, and it was great to see Debbie riding many different levels of horses.

So many people showed up, and the riding experiences was great. I’m sure that everyone learned so much! I can’t wait until the next clinic that Equestrian Dreams. Maybe the next one I’ll participate in it.
