January “Magical Artifacts” OwlCrate
January was the start of new monthly pins which are pretty awesome. The quality is great and I love the themed designs. I’m actually really into pins and like having them up on the board. These are nice because they’re more like pushpins so they lay flat.
The book this month was The Gilded Wolves which looks amazing. I did start reading it but I haven’t had a chance to finish it. I think my favourite thing from this box are the socks and the bracelet. I’m not a huge fan of wall tapestries/hangings because I honestly don’t have anywhere to put them! Might be something that I have a place for eventually, but they’re not really practical for me.
February “Whimsical Beasts” OwlCrate
The February box is one of my favourites in a while. The Haku keychain is amazing, and I love it so much (obviously), it immediately went on my current chain. The beanie and the umbrella are perfect, and we got so much rain the past couple months it’s definitely been put to use. The Tea Dragon Society graphic novel is super cute – where can I get a tea dragon!? The only thing I don’t really use is the soap, but it looks cute!
The Crown of Feathers looks like an amazing read – if only I could sit down and get into it!
March “Murder & Mayhem ” OwlCrate
I am loving the larger items lately! The travel mug is so nice and works really well. I tried to use it more when I was going to work, and I hope to use it more now that I’m at home and not driving to Tim Hortons all the time. Another candle, this time I got the Malchai, which is one of 3 different creatures you could get.
Four Dead Queens definitely sounds intriguing and I feel like there’s going to be a really good plot twist. I’ll let you know when I read it.
Now the real question: Which of these should I read first?
