This week’s pose: Dolphin pose!
I’m not sure what my obsession with this pose is, but I love it. I’m all about getting ready to do inversions (hand/head stands, etc), and I feel like this is at least a step in that direction.
Now, for a bit due to my back, this pose wasn’t comfortable. It’s still not a pose that I can just jump right into. I do need to do a couple flows to get the muscles warm before doing it. That doesn’t stop me from loving it though!
Occasionally, I do have to do a modified version of the pose, just because I’m not strong enough in my core to hold it for long enough, or support my back enough.
