Toronto :: Holika Holika Queen St.

Korean beauty has finally hit the streets of Toronto, with a brand new store front.

After reading the post about this place that Elaine Atkins did over at her blog, Toronto Beauty Reviews, I had decided that I had to take a trip down myself. And since I was heading into the city to do some other errands, I figured it would tie nicely together into a great day downtown.

This store is just as cute online as it is in person. It’s a tiny store, but it’s almost bursting with the amount of makeup and skincare just waiting to be tried! The only thing that I splurged on this time, was an adorable lipstick. I knew that once I saw that they were heart-shaped on Elaine’s blog that one was going to go home with me.

And I did take the jump and bought one. I stayed away from the cool looking face stuff because I’m trying to get that under control first. Make up is easiest to try and the easiest to finish and change.

The packaging is adorable, and the colour is not near as vibrant as it looks – which is a good thing since I’m going to be wearing this to work. It’s definitely more purple, but it’s nice to have something different to add to the collection.

I should head back there and try some more products, but right now I have so much beauty products and samples to try out [and I don’t need to really spend the money on that right now] that I should be good for the next couple months.

Have you heard of this brand, Holika Holika? Are you going to try some of their products? Let me know!
