It’s been a quick minute since I’ve done one of these!

Sometimes being a stay-at-home mom means that life isn’t really that exciting (enough to put on the internet). But I’ve got some fun events coming up in the next couple months that I’m excited to talk about!

May

Now that it’s May (and how did that happen?) and hopefully Spring is on it’s way to Toronto and we get get underway with BBQ season! I’m going to see Pink this month, it’s Kaiden’s 2nd birthday, and it’s the first official long weekend of cottage season (Victoria Day).

June

My due date!!! I can’t believe that I’m actually so close to my due date – time to get all my ducks in a row! I definitely need to buckle down and get some writing and photos done for the blog so that I’m prepared for when the baby comes.

I’m also going to the ballet and I’m hoping that baby doesn’t come so I miss it. I’m going to see Physical Thinking – the William Forsythe Programme at the National Ballet of Canada. Last one for me for this season, and although I’m sad I’m going to miss out on the Merry Widow, I doubt I’ll be up for any type of excursion right after the baby.

Other than the rest of the summer and the regular long weekends, I’ve really got nothing planned.

We are going to Mexico before the end of the year, and we’ve got a wedding in July. I wish I was doing a bit more travel, but we shall have to play by ear what we do with a newborn.

We’ll be spending lots of time up north, lots of time with family, and I’m kind of playing with the idea of going to see the Chainsmokers when they’re here in Toronto (with 5SOS!) in October. Plenty of time to figure that out though. Seeing 5SOS again would be nice and I’ve loved the Chainsmokers for a long time.

It’s going to be a bit of a wild ride this summer, but I can’t wait for it to start!
