I’m really, really impressed with the amount of flexibility that has come with the little amount of yoga I’ve been doing. I’ve been really busy, so I hit the yoga mat about once a week, sometimes a little bit on my own.
This week has been really bad since I’ve been so busy, but I can’t wait until next week when I can jump head first back into my practice. I know that yoga isn’t for everyone, but I definitely try to push everyone towards it! It’s just such an overall good workout, and you can’t fault the benefits of it.
I’m finally able to do more of the movements, like full wheel, and on a good day I can hold crow for about 30 seconds. Trust me, that’s a long time.

Some of my goals are to get into doing headstands, and being able to master the balancing poses. Maybe one day!
