Ah, I will say, that I’ve definitely lost some of my momentum with the gym. Little things keep coming up, and because I’m so strapped for time with school, the gym is the first thing to go. It’s easy to drop, and I do usually regret doing it. But sometimes, life just gets in the way.
For the most part, I still make it to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, but that’s not as much as I wanted it to be. I’m going to aim to include one day on the weekend where I go and work out, and I think this weekend is the time to start. Got to start going to bed earlier, and getting the proper amount of sleep.
Let’s do this! Damn school, totally messing up my schedules. I just have to keep reminding myself why I joined a gym. So far, I’ve been completely useless this week. Although, I have been getting up on time, and I was able to wash my face in the morning! I love not feeling rushed first thing in the morning, it’s definitely something to keep striving for.
I have been trying to hit up a zumba class once a week, although it’s tougher because school work does take priority over it. But when I don’t have to do out of class group work, I’m totally there and loving it. This is the one class that I go to with my mom. I was lazy and skipped out on yoga, it was a little depressing after the last one that I went to and I was completely wiped. Although not going won’t help me get any better.
