I am embarking on something that I think is pretty crazy.
I’m voluntarily giving up dairy products.
I say voluntarily, but it’s kind of yes, and kind of no. I’m giving them up because I want to see if it makes a difference to my skin. My scalp has really hardcore eczema/psoriasis. I’m not sure what it is, but I’m hoping that cutting dairy out will help with this.
That being said, you know how much good stuff dairy is in? No more chocolate, no more milk in my tea, no more of the good stuff. It’s a little saddening, and I feel like I’m going on a hard core diet. I’m also striving to add more oils to my diet, so that my skin isn’t so dry. I have no idea how long I’m going to attempt to be on this diet… I guess at least a couple weeks, unless I see improvement, then it might become indefinitely.
