This weekend was awesome. We had crap weather, we didn’t really go outside, we got eaten alive by mosquitoes, but I had a great time. I got to spend a weekend with him and his friends. Who are so nice. I wish I wasn’t so intimidated by girls. And I wish that I wasn’t so awkward in new places. With new people. But I was told not to dwell on that so I won’t.
I had a lot of fun, watching movies and playing card games. I got my ass handed to me playing Monopoly. Oooh I was so pissed about that. I had the worst luck during that game. Andrew had hotels and houses, and just made me keep paying him because I always ended up on his properties. Either his properties, or jail. Or income and luxury taxes. Awful. Haha and it didn’t help that Andrew totally rubbed it in my face. Boys. They tried to teach me how to play Euchre (which I don’t get… at all) and it frustrated me because I didn’t understand what they were saying. We ended up playing Spoons, and President later, after we went out on the boat. It was fun, but bugs = bad.
Because the weather was so bad, I didn’t really get to do all the photography that I wanted, I wanted to walk in the woods more, but the bugs were ridiculous!! I did get to take some pictures of the ducks that were next door. I hope that they turned out all right!! I do believe that I need new batteries for it. I’ll finish this roll of film tonight! Especially since the weather should be nice. I did do some stretching so that’s good. It was exactly as I thought: downward dog, plank. leg stretches. I’ll need to do some more of that tonight! I do feel like I’m getting more flexible!
