I know that I’ve mentioned this previously, but I’ve so so happy to announce that my blog update is finally complete!

What do you guys think of it?

This time around I wanted something sleeker, and an actual navigation menu. This actually matches my business card quite nicely. I’m a huge fan of typography and calligraphy, so I was definitely leaning more towards that for my header.

The lovely Jessica from Foolish Oats created this for me, and it was such a pleasure working with her. We kept in touch by emailing, and although it took along time for me to figure out what I wanted, I think it turned out amazing. I do actually know her in person though, she boarded her horse at the same barn where I currently ride. She is so lovely, online and off.

There were definitely a whole lot of changes though, and I appreciate your patience! I switched to WordPress, self-hosted, which was a mission and a half for the untech-savvy me. I’m still tweaking it here and there, learning the ins and outs, and upgrading the quality of my pictures. It really never ends.
