Happy Monday morning!
I hope that everyone’s day is going swimmingly. Even though the weather here has taken a dip into the cooler numbers (and with a windchill) it’s still super sunny so I’m not going to complain. Too much.
This weekend, if any of you follow me on Twitter, was a big weekend. Two Open Houses! Right in the middle of the day, so it made it hard for us to really get anything done, especially when we had other calls to visit during the day as well. But a couple people came back for a second look and brought more family members with them, so I’m taking that as a good sign.
Our agent isn’t taking any offers until Tuesday, so I guess we’ll find out tomorrow how things really went!
Fingers crossed that it sells quickly!
