| Moving in! |
This weekend was pretty crazy for change. I moved into the apartment for reals, which all that really means is that I brought Kumo over. And he’s kind of adapted. He’s very attached to me, not very confident in the change but I can feel that changing already. He’s currently running around, and wreaking havoc. He looks super cute in here though. Loves the windowsills. And he sleeps really close to me again. I think the first night he slept under the covers with me.

Saturday was spent with the bro-ski, we went for lunch and then went vintage book shopping. Then he chilled at my place, watched some tv, and then we headed downtown to go see the Medieval Times!! We went with my barn gang, and Andrew was supposed to be the one coming with me, but as he’s still in Calgary, I got to spend the time with Coby. Dinner and Theatre! I’ve never been, and it was a lot of fun. Lots of cheering, really good food, and good company. Plus, who’s going to quibble over watching horses and knights??

The only downside of the night was that I woke up in the middle of night not feeling so hot. Or rather, feeling really hot. And sick. Wahh, I was so not happy about being alone and being sick. I was feeling very baby-ish. But I eventually got back into bed, and fell asleep. Woke up fine, thank goodness. Then just vegged around, did some grocery shopping [eek, that one hurt], and then vegged some more.
I’m looking forward to having my new counters/backsplash installed tomorrow, and hopefully having power in my kitchen. Sounds exciting right? Such is the life of a newly moved out 23 year old. Halleloo!
