I first heard of this band way back before my first year of college. They were good, but as I bought their CD, I was only really wow’d by one song. So, they kind of fell off my map, and it wasn’t until I was browsing the racks at HMV did I come across another one of their albums.
Have they ever grown up. Similar sound to when they were younger, but definitely more refined and they’ve come into their own. Plus, they’re hotties! [And yes, they are all female, which makes them even more bad-ass]. One of the cool things about them is that they are all female, and from my home town.
Their new album, Collide & Conquer, is amazing. I listened to this on repeat for.. at least a week, if not longer. Kiyomi’s voice is just… stunning. Definitely girl power in a CD, and not the sugary sweet stuff we used to listen to in the form of Spice Girls.
