My life has been so sad without Internet at home. The brother came home a week ago from his ridiculous walk-about Eastern Canada. It went down during the middle of his trip, and usually he’s the one who fixes it. Well, as I not so patiently waited for him to come home (thank goodness for Internet at work… otherwise I would have died) but even when he came home and tried to fix it, it didn’t work. Sadly. So now either my brother or my mother has to go ream out Bell and get another modem. Joyously waiting… once again. Although this time not patiently at all because my accounting course uses online tools and I have things DUE next Tuesday… SO NOT COOL.
Ah well, if worst comes to worst I’ll stay late after work this week and do it… Or connect it through my phone. Sigh. Although it makes it easier to do my homework, because it gives me the charts, and then I don’t have to worry about squishing all my numbers in. Sigh. I need to really step up and make a game plan with this accounting course. It’s a lot harder than I thought it would be, and it’s something that doesn’t come easily to me. I have to do at least one question a night, and study way more than once a week. Definitely do NOT want to fail this course. Especially when it was of my own choosing. Although… failing because I’m just an idiot and don’t get it is something completely different. Life is just hectic.
