Life :: It Feels Like Summer

Snowy drive home.

Ah life. You never seem to go according to plan. I really need to crack down and be serious about my school work. I have this image in my head, about what I should look like, but then when it comes down to it, I’m not even close.
I really need to stop watching movies. On the plus side, I did get some homework done. I totally didn’t finish it, but I’m a little confused. I should send out an email. There, done. But seriously, last night I made dinner, did a minuscule amount of homework, didn’t even read the chapters, and then finished watching the movie Ted, and the Three Musketeers. Which then turned into a Real Housewives of NYC marathon. *Shakes head* I’ve actually been watching so many movies and TV that it’s a little ridiculous. I’m getting literally nothing done once my ass touches the sofa.

Although, on the plus side, my dinners have been so much better, and healthier. This entire week I’ve eaten smoothies for breakfast. I’ve had well rounded meals at dinner time, and had enough leftovers for lunches. The green, fresh veggies in my fridge are actually being eaten.  It’s even nicer knowing that I’m cooking for Andrew, as well as myself. Makes me actually want to make a meal. But, it’ll be nice to not have to cook tonight. I think he’s slowly moving in with me…

Even better about not cooking tonight? It’s 14 degrees [Celsius, that’s 57F] outside, and I’m loving it. Especially since this time last week my lesson was cancelled because it was too cold outside, now, it’s the same temperature only positive! This weather probably isn’t good for anyone, but I’m going to take it! Now, if only it was sunny outside.

This is such a random post, that I don’t even know what to title it. I’m hoping that in the next couple months my life is going to get a little more exciting. Who knows? Here’s hoping. Happy Wednesday!
