Ok, so this month, I wasn’t the best with holding back on the shopping. I ended up doing a little bit lot of online shopping, combined with Luxebox and my belated Christmas/Birthday gift from Mal, I got a lot of packages!! Which always makes me happy.
So from Sephora I got:
Ahh Sephora. How I love thee, although right now I just looked at the bill and it’s not pretty. I bought the Oscar Blandi Dry Shampoo and I like it. It’s taking me a bit to get used to using it. I use it sometimes in the morning just for a little bit of oomph for my hair. First Aid Beauty face cleanser. Love, love, love. Totally addicted to their line. I also bought a travel size Ultra Repair cream *not pictured* and it’s great for at work. AND for when I travel and don’t want to take the giant tub I usually use at night. Benefit’s They’re Real mascara. I bought this awhile ago, but never mentioned that I did? I really like this one, but it’s tough to get off, so I don’t use it very often… I just curl my lashes in the morning instead. Stila all-day waterproof eye-liner pen. It’s fantastic. I really enjoy using the pen like as opposed to a wand. I don’t know why, I think it’s because it’s just like writing. Better control?
Trying my had at different places to take pictures… Definitely need a better camera |
It doesn’t even look like I’ve used it… |
From Kate Spade:
My sexy Kate Spade Cobble Hill Travel Leslie bag in Storm. |
Ohhh Kate Spade. Totally shouldn’t have splurged on this, but I did. Flash sale emails, how you ruin my life. It was 40% off, how could I resist? [inner shopaholic showing] I love it. I use it all the time. School, going to the cottage just a “in general” purse. It’s a bit big for a general purse though, but that doesn’t stop me. I can’t wait to actual GO somewhere with this bag. *cough* Vegas *cough*
Close up! |
Sorry about the pic quality with this one… And yes, I keep my mirror in my closet. Kumo’s taken to jumping at it at night. |
From Mal:
A belated birthday/Christmas gift from Mal. YAY for manga, and YAY for a recipe book. I’ve started putting my own recipes in there. I’m trying out recipes and making sure that they work before I write them in permanently. Perfect for when I move out… *cough*
From Chapters:
This online order had way more in it, because I was shopping for the whole family as well. This was just my portion of the purchase. The newest volumes from Skip Beat and the Story of Saiunkoku, and the new books from Donna Russo Morin. I loved her first one, The Courtier’s Secret, and was super excited to see she had some new ones out. And another in the works, waiting to come out to trade paperback. I have a huge list of other books on the “to buy” list, but they’re gonna have to wait. My brother also bought two books, mom bought the family monogram mugs *so pretty*. I have an obsession with mugs.
I still have something arriving this week from Erin Condren, my life planner. You will definitely see pictures of this. I’ve been so pumped for this since I’ve ordered it. Expensive, but totally worth it. And there’s my inner nerd coming out. And I bought some camera parts on eBay. Yay, for hopefully getting a better camera for pictures on here. Without having to spend a couple hundreds for a new camera. Although, that might be on the wishlist in the next couple years.
