All I can say is: TGIF.
I am still super sore from lesson on Wednesday… Probably because my body is going into shock with having to do anything… Still haven’t been to the gym this week.. Hot yoga tonight should be interesting.
Speaking of riding, things have been going sooo well, I’m almost afraid that I’m going to jinx it. While I’ve been riding Gus-Gus more consistently, this week I ended up riding Meritage. I haven’t ridden her in a long time, and she was being ridden in the lesson before me. Always a bonus, no before lesson tacking [haha lazy moment]. I was then able to watch pretty much her whole lesson, and learn what to do/not do with Meritage. She’s such a pretty mare! She went really well with me, other than the couple issues that just have to do with the fact that she just needs more work in that area.
I don’t have any pictures of her, but Gus-Gus was all purtied up on Wednesday, so I took a couple pictures of him. He’s so pretty! But he might be getting sold, so I might be losing a great lesson horse. But I’ll be happy if I can continue riding Meritage though… She’s super pretty and such a nice mare.
This weekend I think will be pretty hectic again. I want to head downtown, and get some things done. Andrew mentioned that we might be going out Saturday night for a birthday celebration, and I have loads of homework to get done. What else is new there? Such is my life.
