I’m currently pining away without Internet access at my mom’s place while I dogsit. It’s not so bad because I have so much homework to do that I’m actually able to get it done without being majorly sidetracked.
Like on Wednesday night. I made it to Mom’s after riding. Andrew came out for my lesson, which was awesome. I don’t know how much he watched of me riding, but then he took me out for dinner afterwards. Hmm that was interesting. It was a cute little restaurant, and I’d never seen it before. We went in and the girl at the counter was so… blatently into Andrew. It was definitely annoying. She literally ignored me. The entire time. Other than when I placed my order. Andrew thought it was hilarious because I was making angry faces at her without even realizing that I was. We ate our food, they started closing, and then we finished up and headed home. He went to go see one of his buddies, and I went to go home and walk a doggy. It’s actually really nice to come home to a dog and a cat… Dog sitting is really making me want a dog. Although it’s tough with school, because it means coming straight home after work… and that cuts into my gym time!! I then buckled down and got my assignment finished (other than the part that required the Internet).
School is going well.. Just a little annoying and totally in the crunch time. I want to punch one of my teachers in the face, and I had a test last night that I actually feel really good about. And I got 80% on the multiple choice woot! I totally thought I was going to fail, but it totally helped that it was open book. Phew! Always love that. But this weekend I’m just going to pump out a whole bunch of assignments, get ready to go out for Halloween, and then continue working on assignments.
