Now, these are by no means something that’s new. Or really inventive. It’s just something that I threw together and they are quick and easy. This recipe is my own, and it’s not even something that’s going to make me an instant food blogger overnight.
I bought premade meatballs [they were on sale] and they are surprisingly delicious. Just a little bit addictive. I cook them as per the instructions.
This recipe is delicious, I’m getting hungry just thinking about them. It’s HP sauce, Diana’s Original BBQ Sauce, and honey. Into a pot go the cooked meatballs, and then I squirt in all three sauces. I think it’s probably equal amounts HP to BBQ sauce, with a touch of honey. Stir it all around, make sure all the meatballs are coated and then just let it come to a boil [at medium heat]. Once it comes to a boil, they’re finished. Stir them around, and then serve with rice and a veggie side. Or whatever starch you want.
Easy peasy, and a great quick meal idea. Especially when perogies get a little old.
