This week has been a little crazy. It’s only Wednesday, but I feel like I haven’t had a moment to spare, even to sit down and write up a quick blog post.
Counting down to the last of the year, the last of my classes (eek, final class next week and final test!), getting everything done and ready for the holidays… It’s enough to make one go insane!
‘Tis the start of the holiday parties for me, this year… is the busiest holiday season for me yet. 3 Christmas parties, 4 different family occasions, and then New Year’s. And it all starts this Friday…
I’m trying to organize what I all have to do for this suddenly busy holiday season, and I know I keep forgetting some things.
Dress – check
Shoes – check
Secret Santa Gift – still to do
Baking for Sunday – still to do
Grocery shopping – still to do
Decide what I’m baking for Christmas – still to do…
Write/send out cards – still to do
Wrap presents – still to do
So much that I still need to do… It just never ends! A short break after New Year’s and then it’s back to school for me as well. Sigh. It seems like money is also flying out of my hands… I’ve never felt the money pressure like I have this year either… I can’t imagine how it’s going to be once I’m on my own for Christmas…
