This was a total impulse buy for me, I had a coupon and when none of their nail polishes screamed at me to take them home, I decided to pick up a lip pencil. Now, Nars is the one that’s been on my wishlist for ever, but I figured why not just try one out?
And I’m so glad that I did. I decided to pick up a slightly more neutral colour for every day, and I’m actually really impressed with the colour and how long it lasts. It gives my lips and face some colour, and is quite moisturising for those days in a stuffy office.
I had never really thought about it before, but the pencil shape is the perfect shape for lips. Makes it so easy to apply! Another neat thing about it, it has a slight minty [almost like floss] smell to it, which makes you feel like your kind of doing double duty [or at least fooling your brain into thinking that].
Definitely not regretting this splurge buy, and am now resisting picking up other colours! Have you tried these out before? What were your thoughts?
