A couple weeks ago, I entered in a rafflecoptor giveaway on Ivory Avenue, and [always a shock] I won! A couple days later, I had my exciting Natalie’s Essentials gift box sitting in my mailbox. Always a lovely surprise.
Sadly, I was home so late that night that it was already dark – not ideal for taking pictures. I barely even had time to open it before the boyfriend was hustling me off to bed.
But it was definitely worth the wait for opening it. Inside was a super cute card, and all the goodies in a dust bag.

In other exciting news, earlier this week I finally met Natalie, since she’s in town for a Canadian Beauty Blogger’s meet. I couldn’t make the actual meet, but through emails we hammered out plans to meet. Absolutely sweetest girl ever, we kept thanking each other for coming out and hanging out. We met at the Fairmont, and had a lovely cup of tea and some gluten free snacks and we chatted about everything – blogs, make up, what her plans were while in town. It was great to finally put a voice to the blog, and I’m just so happy that this finally happened.
I can’t wait to do reviews for everything, although those might be awhile in coming.
