| The best I could do… |
This week has been a little rough with the inspiration to blog. It’s been really hot, really busy, and a little stressful. The only plus is that it’s been zooming by, almost like the R8 that passed me on the way to work this morning.
Last night was so ridiculously hot, I can’t believe that I still went to riding. We only did some walking, and I worked on getting her to stop… which is a lot harder than it sounds. So much easier to get her going! I was finally getting the hang of it… but it was a good lesson. I love that my lesson is now at 6pm instead of 8. It’s still sunny, and I head over to Mom’s after my lesson and eat some foods. I had the intention of only staying for a bit, but that quickly turned into a couple hours. Next thing I know, I’m driving home and it’s 11.30pm. So much for getting home earlier! But it was good to catch up with her. I don’t see her very often anymore! I’ll take what I can get.
