Happy Hump Day!! This week is going by just swimmingly. Lovin’ that work is not half as stressful as last week was. Makes my life so much easier. It’s hard to believe that this summer is just flying by, and that we’re already in the bottom half of it. Almost August! Things are coming up so fast, and every week is flying by. Doesn’t help that I’m busy so it makes time go by faster! It totally sucks that summer is our shortest season… even though it’s the best.

Even though at the end of summer is when all the super exciting things are happening, I do and don’t want summer to end. I want all those things to come faster, and yet I don’t because it means that winter will just come sooner. Which will suck because I hate being cold, yet on the flip side means that I get to wear my awesome boots again! *and my favourite socks!* I think that I need to get a leather jacket though…. *cough* More spending… I’ve decided that I’m going to save up my spending for when I’m in Vancouver. That way I don’t feel guilty about overspending there, and can also have a good time shopping with the bestie. Her cousin is also a huge shopaholic so I’m looking forward to spending time with both of them!
What’s to come:
– Billy Elliott!! 😀 I’m so excited about this. Andrew and I are going to go see it. Woot woot!
– House warming parties! I’m so excited to go to Nicole’s, and I can’t wait for my own!
– Cottaging… and going away parties.
– Vancouver!!! This is most exciting. I can’t wait to see my girl. It’s been wayy to long. 2 years.
– School starting! Going to start working towards my business certificate/diploma/degree… Undecided on where I’ll stop.
– Moving out!! HUGE. EPIC. I can’t wait. Own rules, own decorating, own LIFE. Might need to get a scooter though!
The only downside to the rest of this summer is that Andrew works so much that I barely get to see him. Which sucks some major ass, but I understand. Work is work. It’s pretty cool though because he gets to travel a lot with this job, he’s headed to Saskatchewan for a couple days, just before his vacation to the East coast. It’s either really good, or really bad timing… I’m undecided at the moment. His vacation is really close to my vacation… he comes home and I’m just leaving. So it’s a full 3 weeks without seeing him at all. Also kind of crappy because I miss his huge party that he’s having, but best friend trumps. (Haha) He’s cute because he’s all worried that something is going to happen, but nothing will. Everything will remain the same. It’ll just be better when we do see each other. *wink wink* Goooood times. Thank goodness that I’ve downloaded a ridiculous amount of movies and tv to keep myself occupied. Otherwise, I might miss him a wee bit to much. *sappy moment*
