| I love having mail waiting for me! |
So last night, being the super productive person I am (not), instead of getting ahead in my work for school, or working on updating my resume, or even painting my toenails… I spent it watching the movie The Other Guys and filling in my daily life in my new life planner. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t regret doing that. I just could have used my time better.
On a random side note about the movie, I think this is my favourite Will Ferrell movie. I don’t watch to many with him, because personally I can’t stand him for long enough in any movie. But this one, I really enjoyed. I thought it was actually funny, not just because Will Ferrell was doing something stupid. It actually had a plot, and the other characters just made it even better *cough* Mark Wahlberg not getting any of the girls… *cough* I also realize that I am a little behind the times with this movie, as it’s from last year, but I definitely recommend it.
I didn’t have my communication class last night, the prof had something to do, so she gave us some online stuff to do, a memo to write and I have my presentation to do now next week. But because I was so darn productive this weekend and Monday night after math class, I finished it all. I was going to take this opportunity to do my math homework, but… My
Erin Condren 2012 Life Planner arrived in the mail.
So, So EXCITED. That probably doesn’t even cover how much I looked forward to this day. So I rushed home, ran in the door and saw the package. I did a little happy dance, but rushed right back out to deliver the giveaway to it’s winner! That on it’s way, dinner almost ready, I was back home unwrapping the glory that is my planner.
I unwrapped it with my mom egging me on, and occasionally having to smack her fingers away while taking a picture, I unveiled it. The wrapping is so cute, I love it. Wrapping and packaging totally makes getting a handmade/shopping purchase from online so much more worth it. Plus, who doesn’t love all the tissue paper!? Reuse for my own gifts that I give. Lingerie stores are great for that, but I digress.
I’m officially in love with this agenda. It’s totally what I look for in one, but never knew where to find it. I love the weight of it, the spiral bind, the custom-ness of it, the colours, the quotes on the inside… Everything. So great. I can’t wait to plan my life with it. And use the cute gift labels that were part of the combo! I’m gonna stick them on every gift that I give, or send. Not that I send many.. So they’ll be around. But I’ll have to get for Christmas, birthdays, Mother’s Day, wedding… They’ll come in handy.
Isn’t it so pretty! I have to fill in everything that I have so far, and then I’ll post an update picture! I’m so, so pleased with it. Definitely recommend this for everyone, especially the super planners!
