A New Canadian Company, Beauty From Bees

Another amazing beauty company out of Alberta, Canada!

And another Instagram marketing ad suckering me in. But nothing else new there, is there? The ads for the body serum by Beauty From Bees came up a lot on my feed and looked awesome. Who doesn’t love a good body serum that’s all-natural and made in Canada?

I went a little overboard when I made my order, but they had a few deals, and bundling products gave me discounts and some free products.

A Haul Breakdown – Body Care

Body Serum – I’m still on the fence about this one. I used too much the first couple of times because I would have a little breakout with it. The sweet vanilla scent smells great, but I should have gotten the unscented if I’m being truthful. I used it in the shower, just as the end before I hopped out, and that seemed to work a lot better. I’m going to continue doing that.. A little goes a long way, so while this could be a repurchase, this bottle will last me forever.

Magnesium Spray – I bought this for my mother-in-law, so I’m not sure how it is, but I think I want to buy it and try it for myself!

Body Creme – I’m waiting to finish up some other creams before I start this one, but I got everything in the same scent as the body serum and the bubble bath because I love anything vanilla.

Bubble Bath – I love a good bubble bath, and this one smells awesome and makes my skin feel super soft. I would repurchase this one as well.

A Haul Breakdown – Face and Hair

Facial Spritz – This one sounded intriguing to me because of the infusion of probiotics. It smells like lychee to me (which is a bonus). This makes my face dewy after using it, and it’s refreshing on the skin. This one would be a repurchase for me in the future.

Mascara – I’m obsessed with this mascara. It’s smooth to apply, doesn’t move all day, and is so easy to remove. It doesn’t tug on my lashes at all. It’s a nice brush with a slight curl and applies the product without any clumps. A definite repurchase for me, and I’m interested in trying out more of their makeup!

Leave-In Conditioner – I wanted to try the shampoo, but I’m glad I didn’t since coconut is the second ingredient listed. This doesn’t irritate me, but I think that’s because it doesn’t go directly onto my scalp. I know that I’d be allergic to the shampoo. It works well, and I do like the scent!

A Haul Breakdown – Scents

Aromatherapy Room and Body Spray – I got this one in the scent ‘London Fog’, a vanilla-based scent. I got this as more of a body spray but I use it for freshening up the bedrooms after I wash the bedding.

Peppermint Head Drops – I haven’t tried these yet! Might have to start a new nighttime ritual that incorporates them and see if they help with relaxation at bedtime.

Diffuser Blend – ‘Tis the season for a diffuser blend! I love using them in the wintertime. I got the “rise and shine” scent, which is a citrus blend. It smells so nice and fresh and brightens up the room.

Beauty From Bees Customer Service is 10/10

Their customer service is top-notch! I wouldn’t say I had an issue, it was just a question regarding the body creme. I think due to the shipping in the cold the body creme consistency changed and I wanted to make sure that it was all good. They immediately offered me tips on how to get the correct consistency back (just warming it up), as well as store credit for the amount of the body creme. Honestly, amazing. Above and beyond what I was looking for! Huge win.

I would recommend this company just for the customer service.

A pretty good Beauty From Bees haul, right?

If you are starting to clean up your makeup and skincare routine, Beauty From Bees is a great company to start. I recommend using the unscented products if you are sensitive to scents, or just getting one scented product. The amount that I bought is a bit excessive. The body serum isn’t overwhelming when on the body, so it’s a good starter place.

Overall I’m happy with my haul and will try the magnesium spray once I buy it (for myself).

Happy local shopping everyone!
