Beauty :: Revlon Nearly Naked

This was a little bit of an impulse buy. I went in to buy cat supplies, and came out with a bunch of things that were necessary, and this was included in it. I almost walked out without it. I looked, they didn’t have my colour, and with a little sigh of disappointment I walked on. For three steps, only to notice they were selling my colour in a little bonus pack. How perfect is that?

So I picked it up. And I think that it’s going to be one of my better liked things. As I’m still currently hunting for the best BB/CC cream, and not really having any luck, I think that I might start taking little baby steps. I really only needed the powder, because I’m tired of using blush/bronzer to set my face. The foundation was really just a bonus, and if it’s light enough that I can wear in the summer, even better. Because there’s nothing less attractive than sweaty makeup…

The foundation is really light feeling, and actually I think wears like a BB cream. Coverage-wise it’s decent for me. I don’t wear primer before putting makeup on because I hate all the steps, so my makeup doesn’t always last the whole day. My face feels slightly oily, but it doesn’t look it, so to me that’s a plus. And a reminder to not touch my face during the day. I actually don’t use this every day. This is more for a night out look, when I need a little more than just powder. I usually don’t wake up in enough time to get this on my face for work.

The powder, I actually love it. And although it’s super cracked, that almost makes it easier to use.

Anyways, so far I really like it, but I definitely need to stay on top of the washing routine to make it worth while.
