Rain, rain, go away! I want excellent weather for my first May 2-4 trip away!
I can’t believe that it’s already the end of May. It’s rained for the majority of this month. So sad and depressing when this is supposed to be the start of our summer! Hopefully June will bring the hot and heavy months of summer. SUNSHINE. How I miss thee. This weekend shall be interesting though, I don’t know what to expect. I’ll be going to HJ’s cottage *which is so exciting!* but I won’t really know that many people, I’ll know HJ, Wee Man, Gareth and his girlfriend. Such a weird sentence to say, Gareth and his girlfriend. It’s good for him though. I won’t say that it’ll calm him down, but it’s good for him. It’ll be good to see Wee Man again, he’s spent the last couple months in Pakistan, so we have LOTS to catch up on. We were able to talk online a couple times, but it’s not the same! It’ll be good to be around good people, good friends, and good conversations!
So this is a little early for this post, that just shows you how excited I am. I need to get all packed up tomorrow, because I’m leaving right after work on Friday! Will be an interesting car ride up with Gareth. Won’t really be able to talk to him about the situation, but he knows most of it. I’m not too worried.
