Adding a little Saturday Skin to the beauty routine.
I’m constantly adding new things to my skincare/beauty routine and it’s no secret that I absolutely love sets like this. More products to try for less cost? Take my money.
I bought this one because I wanted to try out eye creams (I ended up getting this one and 2 other eye creams) but this looked like a fun set to try out.
The No Bad Days set comes with Saturday Skin Rub-a-Dub refining gel peel, the Featherweight daily face cream, the Wide Awake brightening eye cream, and the Daily Dew hydrating essence mist.
Rub-a-Dub Refining Gel Peel
I think that this was the surprising hit from the set. This refining peel gel gently cleanses skin and improves dullness with papaya and pineapple to lift and remove impurities while aloe leaf extract helps calm the skin. Oh boy, does it ever. My skin felt amazing after using it and it was gratifying to see the gross dead skin come off. I feel like this will definitely be a repurchase for me.
Featherweight Daily Face Cream
This doesn’t seem to be available as a standalone anymore, probably because they’ve changed their main moisturizer to the Waterfall Glacier water cream. I think you can only get it in this set. Honestly, it’s super lightweight, fast absorbing, and hydrating. I’m using this also, mainly at night, as there’s no SPF in it and I prefer to have my day cream with it. One less thing to put on, right? I definitely would try out the water cream
Wide Awake Brightening Eye Cream
I’m sensing a trend with Saturday Skin – everything is lightweight! The eye cream is formulated with date seed, avocado protein, and hyaluronic acid for brightness and hydration. I definitely am not consistent enough to notice any results, but I do notice that my eyes look brighter when I do use it. It’s nice because it’s not tacky once it’s been applied.
Daily Dew Hydrating Essence Mist
I’ve recently gotten into spray mists for my face since I started using the Ordinary’s Pore Flush and figured why not try this one out? This refreshing and hydrating face mist is formulated with concentrated kiwi and grape extracts and has hyaluronic acid. Since I’m currently not using a hyaluronic acid this is a nice little bonus.
This one sprays really nicely, is light and fast absorbing. I really enjoy the way that it makes my skin feel. I’m currently only using this at night right now (I’m just finishing up the Ordinary one) but once I finish that one I’ll be using this one. I definitely would repurchase this one. Plus the bottle is so cute. I haven’t tried using it over makeup, but most likely never will.
This has definitely been an overall surprisingly positive purchase.
There are definitely some repurchases in this, like the peel and the hydrating mist . I would purchase the face cleanser to try it because I’m truly enjoying this brand. I wouldn’t mind trying other sets from them! I’ve linked some to Sephora and some from the Saturday Skin site because Sephora didn’t offer everything anymore.
I would also try out some of the face masks, and perhaps when I finish these up, I’ll get this superhero set of theirs, which is all full size products.
Have you tried Saturday Skin before? What did you think?
